The Following is our Standard Return Policy:

According to our FREE RETURNS Policy all orders are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the purchase date. Customers will not be charged a restocking fee or handling charges and
will be refunded the original purchase amount excluding shipping charges if item is returned within 30 days from the day of purchase and includes a valid RMA number inside the return
package.

Returns for Refunds and Exchanges:

Customers returns must be shipped with RMA number ( Return Merchandise Authorization).
RMA number can be obtained from customer service via email (info@prosugaring.com) or Live Chat support.

You will be refunded the original amount excluding shipping within 24 hours of receipt of your return. Refund will be given in the form of a credit to your Credit / Debt card used when
placing the order.

Any Shipping charges that were paid to the shipping carrier are non Refundable.
